Video Conferencing Integration
Video meetings embedded inside client platforms, with session management and attendance tracking that just works.
How it happened
Every meeting meant leaving the platform
Users had to jump to a separate video tool for every call, losing context and, often, losing attendance records entirely since nothing synced back to the platform they actually worked in.
It has to feel native, not bolted on
Embedding video isn't just an iframe — session state, attendance, and permissions all had to stay in sync with the platform's own data model, or the integration would just become one more thing that quietly breaks.
Session management that actually matches reality
I integrated video conferencing directly into the platform's own session and permission system, with attendance tracking that records who actually joined and for how long — not just who was invited.
One tab, start to finish
Users now join a meeting without ever leaving the platform, and attendance records feed directly into the same system that tracks everything else — no more reconciling two separate tools by hand.
