Admin panels with complete audit trails, real-time notifications and role-based workflows — the kind your operations team actually enjoys opening every morning.

How it happened

01
The Beginning

Admin panels nobody wanted to open

A recurring pattern across clients: an admin panel exists, technically, but it's slow, confusing, and gives no visibility into who changed what. Teams work around it instead of through it.

02
The Challenge

Different roles, different needs, one panel

A finance user, an ops lead and a support agent should never see the same screen with the same power — but building three separate interfaces isn't realistic on a small team's budget or timeline.

03
How We Solved It

Roles first, screens second

I design the role and permission model before touching the UI, then use FilamentPHP to build panels that adapt to who's logged in — with a full audit log running underneath so every action has a name attached to it.

04
The Result

The panel people actually open first

Real-time notifications mean teams stop refreshing pages to check for updates, and the audit trail has settled more than one "who changed this" conversation without anyone needing to guess.
